Seller guarantees the health of Kitten for 72 hours from the date of pick-up. Buyer is to have this Kitten examined within 72 hours by a licensed veterinarian. Failure to do so will result in this health agreement being null and void.
Buyer should be aware that during times of stress, such as moving to a new home or meeting new people and animals, kittens can exhibit a variety of symptoms, such as sneezing, watery eyes, runny nose, lack of appetite, constipation or diarrhea. This is normal and usually of short duration.
Buyer is responsible for all veterinary costs once he/she takes ownership of Kitten unless Kitten is found to be ill within the above mentioned 72 hours time frame. If Kitten is found to be in ill health within the first 72 hours, Seller will pay reasonable fees for medication and/or treatment.
Kitten is not to have any contact whatsoever with any other animal in the household until examined. If there are other animals in the household, Kitten must be quarantined until Buyer's veterinarian verifies the good health of Kitten within 72 hours. Failure to do so will result in a null and void health guarantee. Seller will not honor any guarantee if Kitten has contacted and died from a virus after pick-up.

Buyer is responsible and agrees to provide Kitten with proper health care both in the home and through veterinary well-checks and prompt emergency care if/when needed.
Buyer can request to vaccinate the kitten herself/himself, if Buyer wants Kitten to be seen by Buyer's veterinarian from the beginning to keep all records in one place. Otherwise, Seller will arrange Kitten to receive the first round of standard vaccinations before Pick-Up Date.
We do not immunize for FIP or Feline Leukemia. Upon Buyer's first veterinarian visit it is suggested that Buyer discuss the FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus) and FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) vaccines with their veterinarian and proceed accordingly.
Cancelations and Refunds
Seller reserves the right to cancel the sale for any reason if she feels it is in the best interest of Kitten. If Seller cancels a sale a full refund of all payments made to that point will be given.
Seller reserves the right to cancel a sale if the balance is not paid in full by the Balance Due Date. If the breeder decides to take this course of action, all payments made before that date, except for the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.
If Buyer cancels the sale before the Balance Due Date, Seller will refund all payments made up to that point except for the non-refundable deposit.
If Buyer cancels a sale on or after Balance Due Date a refund will be given up to the amount of the payments made up to that point (minus the non-refundable deposit) at such time as, and provided that Kitten can be resold at price covering that amount. If Kitten cannot be resold at a price that will cover that amount a refund will be given in the amount that Kitten is resold at once Kitten has resold.
